The same job, seen from your desk.
In Cartis a box is a single record. The owner looks at the margin, the technical office at the flat layout, whoever writes the quotations at the quote, the shop floor at the steps, the designer at the artwork template. One person types in the measurements and everyone finds them, with no copying from one sheet to the next. Below, a page for each trade.
Real margins at 200 pieces, dies not ordered twice, actual costs when the job closes. And your price lists stay yours.
Your page →Technical officeThree measurements and the layout is already right: paper, board, cutting die with dimensions, checked DXF files, inserts and foam.
Your page →Estimating and salesA quotation in a third of the time, quantity breaks, letterhead. The customer approves the box in 3D from their phone.
Your page →ProductionTo start, In progress, Waiting, Completed. Timers and batches, tooling, deliveries with delivery note and tracking, stock.
Your page →Design studioLayered artwork template at 1:1 with the real paper, finishes declared, file checked on return.
Your page →One change, everyone up to date.
The customer changes a measurement: layout, cutting die, 3D, yield and quote are redone. The shop floor records the pieces made and the owner finds them in the job costing, without asking anyone. When the designer delivers the file, the wait closes and the step restarts. If two people work on different fields, their changes merge; incompatible ones ask for a decision.
Bring your box, and your team.
At the demo everyone sees their own part of the job. Twenty minutes, on site or by video call.
