Questions about pricing

Before you sign.

Why is there no smaller plan?

Because the price covers the whole software: flat layout, cutting die, 3D, yield, quote, production and deliveries are not sold in pieces. The only thing that changes is how many people work in Cartis. One duplicate die fewer, or one wrong quote fewer at 200 pieces, and the sums add up.

What is the difference between Studio and Officina?

The features are the same. What changes is the number of people who can work in Cartis (2 or 5), the storage (25 or 50 GB) and, in Officina, a colour per person with change tracking and machine queues on several shop-floor workstations.

Is the fee per person or per company?

Per company. The people are already included in the plan: 2 in Studio, 5 in Officina. Beyond 5 people we agree terms separately.

What happens at expiry, or if I cancel?

Cartis goes read-only: you sign in, look at and download everything, but you cannot create new jobs. No data is deleted. Cancel at month end, whenever you like.

Are there set-up costs?

No. The getting-started guide is included. Importing previous jobs and on-site training are separate services, quoted on request.

How do we pay?

By bank transfer, SEPA or card. With the annual plan you are invoiced in advance, with a 10% discount.
