Notice on the processing of personal data.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), this notice describes how the data entered in the demo request form on cartis.it is processed.
Data controller

Data processed and purposes
Name, company, VAT number, email, telephone, town, box types produced, company size and message, provided voluntarily so that we can get back to you and arrange a demo of the software. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b)) and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
The data is kept for as long as is necessary to handle the request and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration; in any event no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
Recipients
The data is processed by the controller's authorised staff and stored on servers located in the European Union. It is not passed on to third parties or used for automated marketing mailings.
Rights of the data subject
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@cartis.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
The site does not use cookies. Visits are counted in aggregate, anonymous form with Umami, a statistics tool installed on a company server: no cookies, no personal identifiers, no data passed to third parties. Fonts are hosted on the site itself; no external services are contacted.
