Then production, in the same software.
The job born from the quote reaches the shop floor with its steps, its machines and its promised date. Whoever is on the shop floor opens their view and finds the next operation. When the goods leave, the delivery has a delivery note, carrier and tracking.
Organise the day.
To start, In progress, Waiting and Completed. Add your own factory's steps, assign operators, schedule machines, shifts and closures. A missing piece of data or a blockage stays in view.
- Four views: Shop floor, Departments and machines, Assignments, Scheduling. Moving from one to another keeps you on the same job.
- Waiting for a file: in the artwork draft, revision and approval steps you state the reason, the file required and who is responsible. The step and the operations that depend on it stay put; progress and promised date are kept.
- As a team: changes to different fields merge; incompatible ones ask you to choose. Timers and batches are checked before the shared save.

Sample screens, with made-up data: the views are the software's, the numbers are not.
The die-cutting queue, with the status of every die.
Customer, urgency, die, material, codes, sizes, pieces and strokes in one table. Open the operation for operator, time, quantity produced and batches available to the next step.
- Tooling: for each code, availability, location, expected arrival and notes. Imported codes stay ‘To be checked’ until someone has checked them physically.
- The code on the line shows the recorded availability. The timer refuses a new start when the die is recorded as on its way, to be registered, ordered or unavailable; pausing keeps the time already tracked.

The job on one screen.
Open a job and you find the summary: sizes, steps closed, operations in progress, assignments and operators declared, next action and promised delivery. Blockages and checks take you to the original steps and resources.
- Three views of the list: six-column Essentials, Matrix by department and Management fields.
- The job gathers Sizes, Steps, Notes, Management and Records; from the detail of a step you go to the queue for the same job.
- The archive updates itself as jobs arrive, without interrupting fields being edited.
The promised date, and what is still missing to meet it.
Calendar in the centre, filters, search and jobs with no date. Open an order and check promised date, routing and quantities in the ‘Before delivery’ list, with direct access to the operations.
- Quantities and shipments: shipments per line, balances, delivery note or reference, carrier and tracking.
- Explicit reversals and a history with person, date and reason. An interrupted confirmation resumes without duplicating the shipment.
- The wait and who is responsible are visible here too: partial batches and expected dates do not cancel a declared wait.
| Line | Ordered | Shipped | Balance | Delivery note | Carrier | Tracking | Date |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base & lid 320 × 220 × 95 | 1,000 | 600 | 400 | 412/26 | express courier | IT…4471 | 14/10 |

On hand, reserved and available stay separate.
Record actual goods-in by material, size and location. Reserve by job, consume or release the reservation, and look up the history. Goods on order are kept apart from stock on hand: the actual receipt has to be recorded.
- Materials overview: required, reserved and short alongside ordered and received, for the open job.
- Partial receipts: received and outstanding for every order; no receipts beyond the quantity ordered or in incompatible units.
- Verified prices: the price agreed on the purchase and the actual price of each receipt, excl. VAT, with history. No FIFO or average cost worked out behind your back.
Pieces counted, costs recorded.
For every line of the job you record the totals: good, rejected and reworked. What you have not yet counted stays blank: the software does not put an estimate there on your behalf. A correction updates the summary and keeps the previous count, with person, date and reason.
- Actual costs excl. VAT with the reference of the check; empty categories remain unknown and the total is declared partial.
- Consumption is read from stock, net of reversals; purchases and reservations stay separate.
The instructions stay with the job.
In Notes you create a box-making note with box style, step, material, machine and sample reference. The instructions stay in the text, with author, sharing and history. ‘Reuse the instructions’ creates a private copy in the chosen job, with the reference and date of the original.
Several people, one job.
Multi-user with colours
Each person has their own colour; changes to different fields merge, incompatible ones ask you to choose. On the Officina plan, changes are tracked.
Authorised workstations
The owner decides how many browsers each person may use, renames them and revokes them. Tabs in the same browser share one workstation.
Costs follow the workstation
Prices and costs are visible only where intended: the shop floor works on steps, not on margins.
From job to delivery, live.
In the demo we follow one of your jobs from quote to shop floor: steps, assignments, materials and delivery. Twenty minutes, on site or by video call.
